Here are the mighty machines that help me excavate.
I did have some help besides my tools. (And I apologize to my chainsaws for no photo.) Originally I did not want to do so much tree removal. AEP forced the rip-rap job to include denuding the shore. I had wanted to preserve more trees. In the end the AEP way gave better views. I'm having trouble getting the shoreline junipers to grow though.
I couldn't have done all the tree work and rip-rap without these guys!
